To this end, we are committed to enhancing our information practices as legislation changes.

Our current privacy plan was developed in conjunction with the privacy requirements that are based on provincial health privacy legislation, the Personal Health Information and Protection Act (PHIPA) as well as 10 privacy principles, which are internationally accepted as the basis for privacy practices.
