1. Buy a bed! As funds are available, we buy new hospital beds for our oldest and most frail residents. The advanced safety, comfort and access features deliver an immediate benefit. Each bed costs $2,000 – and Nisbet Lodge could use 15 beds today.

2. Change the décor! Help us buy curtains: The Foundation is underwriting a top-to-bottom replacement of window curtains. Quality curtains are crucial to sleep, maintaining temperature, and controlling light. Each set will cost $395 and 15 sets are needed now.

3. Call a nurse! Help upgrade the nurse call system. This vital link between a resident and staff is nearing obsolescence. The total cost to Nisbet Lodge will be $185,000. Every gift of any size is valuable.

4. Replace a dining room table and four chairs – we are replacing 15 sets at $2,000 each.
