We wish to convey our sincere thank you to the Staff of Nisbet Lodge for your kind and gentle care of our friend Mary. Staff from all of the various services spoke to her cheerfully and called her by name. The caring attitude was evident throughout the facility. The gentleness and tenderness shown by staff to Mary in her final hours and the support given to us during that sad time made Mary’s “going home” a peaceful one. And the communication with us was beyond expectation and was greatly appreciated and will long be remembered.
