Collaborating with residents and families

Residents and families are encouraged to ask questions and make suggestions for Nisbet Lodge.. We actively seek input informally from individuals,family members and through Residents’ Council.

Their voices are an important ingredient in ensuring the relevance and effectiveness of decisions made within Nisbet Lodge.

Nisbet also conducts an annual resident and family satisfaction survey. This information is used to rate quality improvements.
